Dear Founders...

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Leigh Eggins.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve guided thousands of high-level coaching sessions and masterminds, helping founders cut through noise and find the clarity that drives meaningful results.

My expertise lies in facilitation, creating the space for leaders to see more clearly, think more strategically, and act more authentically.

Within the Club, due to my deep understanding of each Member, their personalities, goals, histories, and blind spots, I facilitate our masterminds in a way that ensures discussions go deeper and that everyone walks away with insights that matter.

Having experienced both the wins and the wipeouts, I’ve seen the full spectrum of business growth and collapse. That perspective allows me to facilitate from a place of empathy and realism, helping founders cut through noise and get to what truly matters.

At the heart of my work is a simple principle: when the leader improves, the business improves.

M Business Club is built on that foundation, supporting founders to evolve personally, so their businesses can grow sustainably and with greater fulfilment.

At some point, even the most successful founders find themselves asking:

- How do I make better decisions in stressful situations?

- How can I lead more effectively?

- How do I find more purpose and meaning in both business and life?

That’s exactly why I started M Business Club, to give founders a private space to gain clarity, make sharper moves, and design growth on their own terms.

In 2013, I founded a Business Leadership and Success Coaching Company, working with renowned entrepreneurs (BRW Fastest 100) and other accomplished business owners with multi-million-dollar revenues, leaders who shared similar frustrations to those I had experienced. “Successful”, yet wondering “There must be a better way?”, “What is it that I’m missing?”

I also discovered that “lonely at the top” is a very real experience for many business owners, with most of them knowing lots of successful people; however, not ever having the opportunity for deeper discussions about the challenges and opportunities within their businesses and their lives.

They can’t share these challenges with their employees or team, and the conversations over dinners, beers or coffees with fellow business leaders never really go beyond surface-level discussion.

We achieved a lot working 1:1 in improving their businesses and lives, however momentum really increased when we brought them all together.

The combined power of the group, with my facilitation, was much greater as they shared understanding, resources, insider knowledge from their varied industries, unique skills, winning and losing experience, and valuable insights and connections.

This was the beginning of what is now M Business Club. Club Members are down-to-earth, high-revenue business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs, who are committed to personal and organisational growth, recognising that as the leader of your business, when you improve, so does your business.

As well as masterminding online and in-person, Members receive tailored individual support, as I am passionate about and committed to ensuring that they achieve what they are here for and more.

My journey has led me through many impactful experiences that have transformed my understanding of success, mindset, and human potential.
