In yesterday’s Thursday HotSeat session, I took us on a deep-dive into cutting edge and relevant AI platforms that currently exist, for creating practical business outcomes, and simply.
The trick is to achieve the smallest tech stack for your business, which provides the most power, to support enhanced functionality with the lowest number of paid subscriptions. As there are new platforms available which provide multiple agents (swarms) and no-code creation of agentic workflows, we’ve hit a turning point where automating our procedures and workflows, and creating processes not previously available, without any tech background is now a reality.
This brings into focus an interesting choice. With all the leverage which is now at our fingertips, what do we really want to achieve? One option is to complete our workload in much less time and enjoy the extra time doing things we love with people we love. Another option is to stick with the same number of work hours and get a lot more done. Or we could ‘have our cake and eat it too’, with a combination of both.
A deeper question which this kind of leverage provokes is ‘Why are we doing this?’
Suddenly, the daily grind which may have kept us occupied and fully committed in terms of energy and time is no longer necessary, leaving space for introspection and an unparalleled opportunity to consider what is really important to us.
It is interesting that the tech revolution is providing us with the opportunity to have the time and space for contemplation which may have previously been more at home within a spiritual or philosophical context. It is the deeper consideration of who we are really, and how we choose to live.
This is an amazing invitation to take stock and make changes in any way that we want; crafting our lives and businesses in a way that is truly aligned with our deepest desires.
