I was led to these modalities through a series of synchronicities, after re-reading Mind to Matter and being reminded very clearly of the fact that we are energy beings, and the importance of cleaning up our energetic template by removing trapped emotions (energy in motion).
After many hours of research and emails back and forth to The Emotion Code Staff Practitioner, I now understand how to approach receiving wholistic support using these unique modalities, in a super-efficient way which will support you in being at your optimum.
For me it has been revolutionary. I’ve spent a large proportion of my life researching, utilising and implementing modalities and methods which support heightened focus, improved feelings of happiness, and increased performance, in life and business.
The biggest challenge with conventional processes, methods or modalities (and most unconventional methods and modalities) is getting clear feedback on what is limiting oneself, and knowing for sure when that limitation no longer exists.
The Emotion Code and The Body Code tell you what is there, where it came from, and once removed, gives you confirmation that it has been removed and no longer exists.

The Emotion Code and The Body Code are highly systemised processes which are correcting imbalances on a metaphysical level. Doctor Bradley Nelson developed it after previously being a computer programmer, setting about his work with the human body and energy system from the same perspective; that of it being like a giant computer. Booking a Session with a Professional Practitioner

Hot tip: Book with a Practitioner who is also The Body Code Certified, as The Emotion Code certification is only the emotional aspect, which is about 80-90% of the game. The Emotion Code and The Body Code together are all encompassing.

Dr Bradley Nelson offers his Staff Practitioners too, who are all certified in The Emotion Code and The Body Code. Because The Emotion Code and The Body Code can be performed remotely, and I believe that Dr Bradley Nelson’s Staff Practitioners are probably the most experienced, I went this way believing I was accessing the most experienced Practitioners on the Planet. Once you’ve read through, chosen a Practitioner, and understood the various options, I suggest you purchase the Emotion Code/Body Code Email Session - 10 Pack. The sessions are 20 minutes each and can be conducted remotely, without you being on a call, or even being awake for that matter. Although it says Email Sessions, you can book a time to speak with the Staff Practitioner on the phone, via Skype or Zoom for any of those sessions by emailing them with your request.
Heads up: If you choose Emotion Code/Body Code Phone Session you may not find a suitable time on their calendar as they are in the U.S. The time difference means that they might have less availability for times to speak on the phone or catch up via Skype or Zoom, which match your time zone, and so you may have to wait a week or two for a suitable time.
Definitely ask from the outset if being on a call (rather than an email session) is important to you, otherwise, book the email sessions and you can then choose to have some or all via email, and some or all via phone, Skype or Zoom at a mutually agreed time.
They will send you a Client form asking you to share your top 5 priorities.
My Recommendations
My recommendation is that whether you choose to be present on a call or you choose email sessions, you book 10 sessions and ask the Practitioner to include The Body Code Evaluation and clearing, Abundance Evaluation and clearing, Heart Wall Removal and clearing (3-4 sessions), and removal of any and all trapped emotions using The Emotion Code.
Create a list in your phone notes labelled Emotion/Body Code and add all triggers, any negative patterns recognised, any sore areas or pains in your body, anyone who bugs you or anything which limits your life (or business) expression in any way. If you detect any limitation, charge or resistance to anything or anyone, add what you notice to your list.
You can also add your positive affirmations and goals and check your alignment with or against them. The list will grow and then with regular sessions will dissipate.
I recommend having a session every week or two to work through your trapped emotions, ailments and sub-conscious limitations, setting you free :)
Some Information to give Context to Your Journey through this Process
Dr Bradley Nelson says that, in his experience, the average person has between 300 and 350 trapped emotions in their system. And that you will be able to remove an average of 5-10 emotions each session, with some people being able to remove up to 20 in a session.
This means you'll need about 35 sessions to remove trapped emotions alone. As Sue from the Club shares, as a qualified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, keep booking sessions until you are clear of any physical or emotional symptoms as Body Code is removing everything that's not a trapped emotion.
Because I now know for sure that I can live a life without compromise, and am dedicated to ensuring that remains true, I recommend continuing to have regular sessions (at least one a month) until you have nothing to correct or shift. If you experience anything in life or business that is 'less than amazing' put it on your phone list to be shared with your practitioner.
I’ve found from experience that some symptoms, patterns or triggers that have led me to finding trapped emotions, and have gone away, have returned and shown me other trapped emotions to remove. My Practitioner calls these symptoms ‘tell tales’ like on a ship. They are indicators that there is more to be discovered and let go of.
Because these sessions will increase your self awareness, as you get more sessions you will actually recognise more things that you'd like to correct or shift. With time, your list will reduce.
The processes work extremely well and may require your patience as most of the changes are subtle and sometimes not noticeable at the time of the session, or in the short term. Dr Bradley Nelson estimates from his experience that about 70% of people have subtle and less noticeable changes in the short term, with about 30% of people having significant and very noticeable changes directly correlated to their session.
Once you realise the power of these processes and allow them to work on you and your loved ones, you’ll realise that The Emotion Code and The Body Code are light years ahead of any modality you’ve ever read about or utilised, to liberate people of their physical and emotional limitations.
Enjoy letting go of your trapped emotions which have limited your expanded experience of life and business, and become the optimum version of yourself.
