In yesterday’s Special Guest Thursday Hotseat, we had the pleasure of getting to know one of our Members in a much deeper way. At first glance, you could be excused for believing you’d simply met an intelligent man who is a father and businessman, running a successful commercial fit-outs business.
However, from digging a little deeper we discovered that this is just the tip of the iceberg.
He has had many amazing experiences in this life, including being in a band that was nearly signed to a record label twice, acting as an independent journalist, a trip to Silicon Valley, being held hostage in Brazil, and being caught in the middle of a gun fight in Kashmir. He also shared how he had hit rock bottom and made his journey back, with the help of a meditation practice and Bikram yoga.
He shared gems and life lessons which resonated deeply for many of us, and most importantly demonstrated that we all have the power to make a change at any time and create any future we desire.
Masterminding lives and businesses, and being enriched by each other’s journeys and lessons is deeply fulfilling for me. It’s one of the key reasons M Business Club exists. SO much fun 🙂
