In yesterday’s Investors Forum, we had an update regarding some shared investments and were introduced to new offerings of private and invitation-only investment opportunities that we have access to within the Club. We also heard from Members regarding their own investments, in terms of largest holding, highest return and preferred asset classes.
We discovered niche and unique investments that Members have personally capitalised on and we learnt some of how they came to acquire the knowledge and skill to understand those classes of investment.
Members also shared their thoughts on how they apportion invested funds between safe and higher risk opportunities, allowing them to take a shot at some riskier options, whilst maintaining the overall stability of their portfolio.
Some Members shared how they have invested in their businesses and the returns received. The opportunity provided by this forum was invaluable for Members to look at other forms of investment with new choices and asset classes, having heard from people who have done well or are already doing well with those.
Fascinating stuff and, as always, the sharing elevates us all.
