Yesterday’s Winning Strategies, was themed ‘Liberation and Leverage’, which resulted in a dynamic discussion and included pro tips, tools and wisdom from the attending Members.
With the more broadly recognised opportunity to build AI or agentic workflows offering increasingly imaginative opportunities to automate a rapidly increasing scope of work; this brings an interesting element into focus, which is our own involvement in our perceived lack of time, our belief that we need to do things we don’t really enjoy, and/or the habit of working overly long hours and sacrificing other activities or family time.
As you know, within the Club, we utilise world-leading tools and techniques to support the inner work, in order to transform our experience of our outer world. This is based on the understanding that any habit, behaviour, pattern or repeated experience (even the ones that look like they are out of our control) are indeed perceived or interpreted by us, meaning that we are in some way contributing to our experience of it.
It’s through evolving or shifting our perception of our life, that changes to our perception of our business can most easily be achieved. A reality that is brought to the forefront with the increasingly leveraged opportunities to automate the majority of the tasks that have previously kept us “busy” or occupied.
Simply put, now more than ever, it’s our choice whether we continue with actions and habits that may not really be serving us (like working crazy hours under pressure), or whether we take the time to develop increased leverage through more advanced systems, supporting time and presence for the inner work, so that we can accelerate movement toward a more liberated, leveraged, fulfilling experience of life and business.
