In yesterday’s Thursday HotSeat, we had the opportunity for much celebration when the previous HotSeat Member returned for check-in, having implemented like a MOFO and with all manner of synchronistic solutions and upgrades in play.
So inspiring for all 🙂
We then explored some marketing hurdles that the new Member in focus had experienced, which had provided them with an opportunity to examine and move beyond money stress and worries. These had been making it harder for them to bounce back internally from the challenges, even though the marketing situation was already mostly solved and improving.
As well as looking at ways to optimise their internal environment, the Brain’s Trust delivered with marketing ideas and strategies to take things to another level.
Amongst many great questions, one that I’ll leave you with is:
Are you activating and monetising your database of previous clients?
Could you do more with that?
