In yesterday’s Meeting of the Titans we were all impressed and inspired at the check-in by the progress made by the Member who had been in the last ‘Titans’ session HotSeat. We then had the privilege of working with our second newest Member in this sessions HotSeat, and our newest Member enjoyed the session for the first time.
True to form, the Brain’s Trust delivered wisdom and experience in spades, to support the Member in focus, who was looking to capitalise on an opportunity to wrap key Team members around himself so that he could move out of daily operations and stop being the person to put out fires.
The longer standing Members in the session took the opportunity to get up to speed with an in-depth understanding of how the Member in focus’ business operates, in order to provide the most valuable input.
This was done diligently and from a place of genuine care, which is a testament to the level of interest that is shown within the Club and the desire to see each other succeed in the way that it matters most to each of us.
After learning what the Member in focus does the other Members nearly all offered themselves as new clients.
And what did our newest Member think of his first Titans session?
He said “This is exactly what I need, it’s exactly the right thing for where I’m at in my business”.
Which is fantastic to hear.
It’s been amazing to see how easily and quickly these gentlemen have integrated into the group. It’s partly because we are extremely clear on who is a match for the Club, making the right people much easier to locate with our recent marketing.
Holding the criteria tight to get into the Club is clearly paying off in terms of the camaraderie and quality of masterminding. I look forward to meeting and welcoming the next new Members to join us.
