A Million Little Things

In our latest Growth HotSeat session, we confronted a deeply personal challenge that frequently shadows our greatest commercial successes. We frequently operate under the belief that as our companies grow and our financial security increases, the stress in our personal relationships will naturally decrease. However, our discussion highlighted that a hyper-focus on running a business can inadvertently leave our partners feeling overshadowed, undervalued, and disconnected from the very success they contributed to.

Yesterday’s Meeting of the Titans session was a place for vulnerable and honest sharing which benefitted us all.

A dream

We had a moving session in Thursday HotSeat yesterday, as we enjoyed the privilege of sharing in the personal successes of the Member in focus. He shared how his family now meditates together each morning to start the day in closer connection with each other, and how his nearly 18 year old son has just left his part time job to work with him full time, in what has now become a family business.
