Early on we sat with an idea that changes the size of the work. There's a finite number of concepts we hold about who we are, and a good many of them aren't true. Finite, rather than endless. 

One of us built himself a meditation. He wrote the whole thing out, worked with an AI tool to shape it, then recorded it in his own voice so it played back as though someone else were guiding him. The finished recording runs forty-two minutes. He told us he loves it once he gets right into it, and that he does not do it as often as he would like. Then he repeated what he knew was true, which was that he had probably been too ambitious.

One of us said something this week that I felt was valuable to share. Describing how he had always operated, he said he was used to running through brick walls and fixing up his broken nose after the fact.

We opened this month by going around the room with a simple question, who here considers themselves lucky. Every hand went up. Then I asked who feels time-free, and who feels financially free, and the show of hands thinned out. That difference is worth sitting with, because the only thing separating the first answer from the other two is a belief.
