Passing the baton

Yesterday’s Meeting of the Titans was a deep dive into succession planning and was rich in pertinent questions that were relevant to us all. The Member in focus asked for support with structure and options for reducing his role in his business over the next 5-7 years and was initially planning to support a staff buyout arrangement for this to happen.

A dream

We had a moving session in Thursday HotSeat yesterday, as we enjoyed the privilege of sharing in the personal successes of the Member in focus. He shared how his family now meditates together each morning to start the day in closer connection with each other, and how his nearly 18 year old son has just left his part time job to work with him full time, in what has now become a family business.

And we give about the same ratio of focus to each.
