In yesterday’s Exponential Possibilities session, we were joined by not only Club Futurist, Craig Rispin, but also the amazingly passionate and credentialled AI genius, AJ, who has worked with the Big Four and other large corporations, and I’ve engaged to take the Club, and Member experience, to another level.
He is an expert in AI customisation and implementation for all levels of business, across many industries, and he really broke it down for us, in terms of how to firstly clarify our own needs, and secondly then to identify the best leverage points to begin, or increase AI use toward those outcomes.
He gave us the simple next steps, as well as the vision of what’s possible, which made the session both thought-provoking and practical at the same time.
We were all a bit blown away by the idea of ‘agentic workflows’ which is the process of multiple agents (ai apps which have been given a designated role), working together to achieve an outcome, without the need for human facilitation.
It’s basically an AI team where the individual agent completes their own work and then passes the project on to the next for their input and so on. Pretty similar to a human work team.
Fascinating, and almost endless in terms of possibilities for leverage in all areas of business processes, sales, marketing, customer service etc. Is this priceless, or priceless? Imagine for a moment the time and financial gains going forward for all those who move on this.
As I’ve said to others, and AJ reminded us today, “There aren’t any excuses now” in terms of creating anything you can imagine or would like to investigate as a possibility to create.
